After 2.5 years, I decided to leave Designer Brands. I leave extremely proud of all the things WE accomplished as an IT/cross functional team and with tremendous gratitude for all the people I have met at headquarters, on the board and in the stores. What a ride on the Magical IT Express with many new systems such as a Financial ERP, OMS, Self Checkout and Data Architecture/Analytics. Standing up a new East Coast Logistic Center, acquiring new brands (Keds, LeTigre, Topo), PinPad donations, Artificial Intelligence Council and countless foundational enhancements. It’s been such an amazing run! I wish the team continued success!!!

Finding mentorship and guidance is crucial in one's professional journey. I am grateful to have a number of mentors and equally proud to mentor many others. It's wonderful to see the positive impact of paying it forward! After years of talking about playing basketball 🏀 before COVID, we finally made it happen today. It was a delight to reconnect with one of the best in our industry, especially as I plan my next move as CIO with intention. Kudos to Angelo Mazzocco for his win, but the real victory is the growth and success we can all achieve together! Who's up for the challenge?

Thanksgiving: Recently my Corvette club, Chosen Few Vette Club (many are called but few are chosen) and I volunteered to help serve the homeless. Through this event, clothing, coats, shoes, undergarments, showers, haircuts, meals, healthcare and much more were supplied. We are looking to expand our outreach in support of our community initiatives that directly support our kids and the homeless community.
