Central Ohio ISSA is looking for a dedicated volunteer with experience in survey development and data analysis to join our team for a 3-month project. If you’re passionate about helping us understand our members’ needs and preferences, this is your chance to make a significant impact! Volunteer Position: Survey Development and Data Analytics Volunteer ➡️Description: Central Ohio ISSA (COISSA) is seeking a Survey Development and Data Analytics Volunteer to assist chapter leadership in gaining a deeper understanding of member needs and preferences. The selected individual will play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive annual survey aimed at fostering chapter maturity through direct member feedback, while also enabling chapter leaders to monitor progress over time. ➡️Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with the team to design thoughtful and impactful survey questions. -Organize and prepare survey data for analysis. -Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights. -Create clear and engaging reports and visualizations to present findings. -Offer data-driven recommendations to guide the organization's programs and initiatives. ➡️Time Commitment: -Approximately 1-3 hours per week. -Flexible schedule with occasional virtual meetings. -Minimum commitment of 3 months. ➡️Qualifications: -Strong analytical and statistical skills. -Experience with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms). -Proficiency in data analysis -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
