Founder & Coach @ Thorp Coaching | Co-Founder @ The Diverse Directors Programme

So, I have some news. After nearly 14 years with RBW the time has come for me to step down as CCO and take a pause before beginning a new journey.      I initially joined RBW’s C-Suite following the Thorp Associates merger with a remit to complete some key projects. First up was rebuilding and embedding our brand positioning.  That is now done, and it lives and breathes on its own (I couldn’t be prouder of the IMPACT work we have done here!).  I have also overhauled our account management systems and put processes in place to ensure excellence. And spent time developing stronger networks and partnerships within the global life science ecosystem. Among many other fun and rewarding projects. I feel I have done what I came to do and it’s time for a new challenge. I am excited to see both what I can achieve, and what the business can achieve separately.     I won’t be going anywhere immediately, and whilst I’ll be stepping back from much of my day-to-day operational involvement, I’ll still lead The Diverse Directors Programme in conjunction with my amazing friends and partners at Start Codon and support RBWs Impact Program in an NED capacity.    So, while I ponder what’s next, I look forward to many beach days (if anyone fancies a cold swim or a SUP hit me up!), taking some time out to spend with my beloved Boggins (photographed here), oh, and maybe spending a bit of time with the husband. Thank you to all the people that have supported me and worked with me during my time at RBW and Thorp Associates. I have been blessed to work with clients, partners and colleagues in that I genuinely love the company of, and I have made lifelong friends. For once in my life I have some time, so looking forward to social catch ups over the coming months!

We can't wait to continue our journey with DDP and continue to work with you to support some brilliant women. I know this is a big decision so enjoy some downtime and some beach days, before the next adventure begins.

Congrats on your great work at RBW, and excited to see what's next for you. Do hit me up for a gym session if you're near Cambridge at any point :)
