Day 14 Gratitude Challenge: Great Leaders in My Life As I reflect on my life and journey, so much of who I am and what I have been able to accomplish is a direct impact of great leaders. From my work to my personal life, great leaders have shaped the person I am today. These are not always the leaders you see in front of crowds of thousands of people, in fact they are the leaders who sit down 1:1, who reply when you reach out, who pick up the phone if you need to talk. The greatest leaders listen, teach, support, challenge, and guide. We carry their example with us and shape our own leadership styles.
