Hi
I'm a procurement and supply chain leader with a passion for driving businesses to a sustainable world.
6dWell, that's interesting as I see opposite trends, at least from the UK's perspective. From the examples I know, the labour market in manufacturing in the UK overall, including automotive, is in decline - redundancies and not many new open roles which are mostly replacements, not team expansions. I still see MDs and Finance dept leaders who tend to keep decision-making regarding supply-chain within a small group of people giving no space for Procurement/ Supply chain leaders. Logistics is booming though, true, and Brexit remains a big factor.
