As a Black male social worker who has strived to achieve many firsts in my life, this moment stands out as a powerful reminder of the impact we can make. Standing before the inspiring Class of 2024 at Democracy Prep Public Schools - Harlem High School, I was filled with immense pride and hope. We celebrated their achievements and looked forward to the bright futures they will undoubtedly create. My journey has always been about more than personal milestones; it's about inspiring, educating, and building strong foundations for Black men and boys. Together, we can forge paths of success and empowerment, creating a legacy of resilience and excellence.
