Yesterday, Delivery Hero celebrated its 2024 Annual General Meeting. We are happy to share that the Company’s shareholders approved the expansion of Delivery Hero’s Supervisory Board from six to eight members and welcomed its new slate of members. We would like to extend a warm welcome to Kristin Skogen Lund, who has been elected as the new Chair of the Supervisory Board for the next four years; Dr. Martin Enderle, who has been re-elected for another two years; Roger Rabalais, who has been elected for the next four years; and Scott Ferguson, who has been elected for the next year. We would also like to extend a warm welcome to our three employee representatives: Gabriella Ardbo Engarås and Nils Engvall, who were re-elected, and Isabel Poscherstnikov, who was newly elected. A fourth employee representative is expected to be elected in the coming weeks as part of the Board’s expansion. We are very proud of the dedication of our employee-elected representatives.
