This case may help you if you are having issues with L&I.
If you want proof that communication is key, you should check out Mclogie Properties Inc. v. Kidder Township Zoning Hearing Board, 2003 Pa. Commw. LEXIS 90 (June 30, 2023), where an appellate court in Pennyslvania ruled that a township was unable to compel a property developer to modify an already constructed building that technically ran afoul of local zoning ordinances due to the failure of township officials to provide the property developer with proper guidance during the real estate development project. If you are similarly having any issues with L&I in Philadelphia while completing a real estate development project, please feel free to contact us at info@nochumson.com.
