He has nearly 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance and is responsible for planning and forecasting the overall financial vision for the company, as well as overseeing all fiscal activity of our robust real estate portfolio and operations. Ryan Whalen joined us as Regional Property Manager for our central Illinois and Florida portfolios and is based in our East Peoria office. He has nearly 25 years’ experience in real estate management and manages our mixed-use, retail, multifamily, office and medical properties.
