Craig Brommers’ Post

Now THAT was a pumped up audience! Thank you to Sunny Woo and our amazing AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. stores team for inviting me to their annual conference. I’ve been around the retail block, and there is no doubt that this team is the most passionate and customer-focused I’ve experienced. In fact, they are the heartbeat of our corporation. Today, it was fun to give a (super secret!) sneak preview of where we will be taking the American Eagle brand in the coming months. This is the most excited I’ve ever been about future seasons. To our 35,000 store associates, we can’t wait to get out in the markets during the coming Back to School season!!!!! Especially to see our newly re-designed stores!!! Thank you for all that you do!!!! 🇺🇸🦅👖

What an inspiring update! It's fantastic to hear about the passion and commitment from your team. Sneak previews always build such excitement, and it sounds like the future of American Eagle is bright. How do you plan on maintaining this momentum and customer focus as you roll out the new initiatives?
