Job Overview:
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our organization. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies, implement campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant keywords, phrases, and long-tail variations to target in campaigns.
Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives, adheres to best practices, and drives high click-through and conversion rates.
Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
Ad Extensions: Utilize ad extensions effectively to enhance ad visibility, improve click-through rates, and provide additional information to users.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the web development and design teams to optimize landing pages for better user experience and increased conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify winning variations and improve overall campaign performance.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Reporting: Generate and deliver insightful reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
