Small vs large company: where has the better hire typically come from? As someone who works with small but high-growth tech firms in the wireless and cyber engineering space, I'm often asked: "please find us someone from a startup company?" My clients have found that candidates from smaller companies tend to handle the pace and speed of change better, ultimately offering a ROI.
