***Director, Product Management - Secure Development*** Looking to speak with leaders in Product Management at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level (maybe Director for anyone willing to take a lateral move in a company that is small and growing). This position needs someone who has US federal government experience (DoD, USAF, DARPA etc) and who is comfortable working to somewhat of a technical level within a company that has 70% MSc or PhD level engineers. A good understanding of the SDLC and cybersecurity challenges in the government sector is needed whilst also having good project management competency. The ideal candidate will come from a cyber product or services company (this business is 60% services and 40% product). Other points - * You have to make things happen in this company. It is small, nimble and has a flat structure but you can influence and take charge at the same time. I am working with an organization out in Los Angeles who are growing their team to work on advanced driver assistance systems. Small vs large company: where has the better hire typically come from?
