More research released by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) supports that a healthy lifestyle could preserve cognitive function.

As part of our Adolescent Reasoning Initiative, teachers attend this training every summer in order to go back to their perspective campuses to implement the principles and enable students to take advantage of this important brain development stage, and optimize learning for success in the classroom and beyond.
