More research released by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) supports that a healthy lifestyle could preserve cognitive function.
A new NIA-funded study found that maintaining a healthy lifestyle could help preserve cognitive function in older adults, even for those with signs of dementia in their brain. Researchers analyzed data from 586 participants from the Rush Memory and Aging Project to explore the relationship between lifestyle scores and cognitive function.
