Employee resource groups connect dedicated employees who share similar life experiences or interests. Throughout the 2023/2024 school year, more than 90 Nashville employees volunteered their time with Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee. Our team participated in classroom visits, JA in a Day and spent time at the JA Finance Park. This week we welcomed 20 exceptional students from 13 universities to join us for the 2024 Cat Financial Summer Intern Program. These students will complete a nine-week program in either Finance or Information Services (IS).
