A few years ago tequila- and wine-makers Richard and Carla Betts met acclaimed chefs Ethel Hoon and Jakob Zeller while traveling through the Alps. After a few drinks, the four decided to conceive a hot sauce that would enhance all good food, building off a dream and a beloved pepper variety.
Made in Italy with only three ingredients: chilies, distilled vinegar, and salt. No preservatives, artificial coloring, sweeteners, or thickeners. Stuzzi is about elevating good food, not covering it up.
