I’m thrilled to share that I have accepted the role of Treasurer at Verizon. I’m grateful for this opportunity and proud to work for an organization who understands that evolution is pivotal. If we want to best serve our customers, employees, shareholders and society, we must adapt, progress and push forward. It’s one of the many reasons why I’ve proudly donned the title of V Teamer for over two decades, and it’s exactly what both myself and Verizon are doing as we enter our next chapter. I’ve seen and been part of a lot of transformation at Verizon. But, this just might be the most exciting one yet. Even with all the changes, some things remain the same. Verizon will continue to invest in the customer as the company takes a tremendous amount of pride into the ability to power and empower our customers’ lives. And I will continue to embrace change as I embark on this new journey of my career. To my team on the consumer side, remember to embrace the challenge and be willing to adapt. I will be cheering you on! You are in great hands with Dom Gaillard, who has taken over as acting CFO for VCG. #Verizon #VTeam

They spent the day helping to increase financial literacy by going through various life and business simulations with over 100 students. I’m so proud to support the next generation of finance talent! It has been only 50 years since the Equal Credit Act was passed in 1974, giving women the right to get a credit card in their own name. Fast forward to 2024, and I am blown away at the incredible progress that we have made in such a short amount of time. The leaders of change for women's rights all have one thing in common, an unwavering commitment to empowering women. As we celebrate International Women's Day today and continue through Women's History Month, I encourage you all to take on that spirit of empowerment by acknowledging and celebrating the women in your world, as well as seeking ways to contribute to the work that still needs to be done. We are so fortunate to be part of Verizon, a company that has long championed gender equality and that has built policies and programs that reinforce a more equitable workplace. We all have an opportunity to take advantage of these resources and embrace this year's Women’s History Month theme —“Be Inspired, Be Ignited, Be Included.” Lastly, a special note to the women on my Consumer Finance team — may you continue to rise and challenge the barriers that hold many women back from achieving their full potential. I see you. I believe in you. I am incredibly proud of you! #internationalwomensday

Last week was one for the books as I connected with my Consumer Finance team to kick off 2024. We started with our kickoff webcast where we drilled down on Sowmyanarayan Sampath’s VCG priorities and aligned on our priorities to support those goals. As a special treat, “Mr. Momentum!” Kevin Zavaglia joined us to share what’s working in our Markets and how Finance can continue to enable their success. We had a Leadership workshop where my team was focused, interactive and energized about enhancing our Ways of Working. We are going to win not only by chasing results, but building better habits and growing as leaders. Huge thanks to Ashley Ramos-Coleman, Kelly Pickens and Mike Helfer for leading a great session. Last but not least- Verizon’s earnings were released and I could not be more confident in our strong positioning to compete and WIN! I am fired up!
