At Cannes Lions 2024, Pedigree made history with ‘Adoptable’. With 12 million dogs waiting in shelters around the world, Pedigree knew making an ad about adoption wasn’t enough. Using machine learning, it spruced up images of shelter dogs and made every one of its ads into an adoption ad – so the dogs had a chance at finding their forever homes. The result? 50% of featured dogs were adopted in the first two weeks.
