If you want to attract attention for your brand in 2024, now is the time to start planning for it. And by attention, I mean: ✓ Landing media coverage ✓ Booking podcast interviews ✓ Building influencer buzz Through my signature PR Accelerator program, I can get your company from zero to pitching in just 60 days. That means if we start in January, you'll be pitching by March and hopefully seeing results by April. I say hopefully because anyone who guarantees media placement is acting unethically or is just full of it. PR is a long game, but it's one you can absolutely succeed at on your own or with your existing team. That's why I created The PR Accelerator: To give you the knowledge, tools, and training so you can attract attention as often as you need it. Ready to get the attention you deserve? DM me or book a consult at ThePRAccelerator.com.

I was working with my amazing PR Agency No. 29 Communications today and talking through some potential PR metrics we could use to measure the success of our work at Keel Labs. It's always interesting to try to quantify this type of marketing and PR because so much of it is the connections that are made because of events we've attended, leads generated from articles in key publications or emails behind the scenes after a potential customer has heard a podcast that our team is on. I'm so curious from you all, what are metrics or frameworks have you used to quantify your PR work beyond circulation numbers? #publicrelations #marketingmetrics #whatgetsmeasuredgetsmanaged #womeninmarketing #womeninpr

it is almost two years since I spoke with Maja Pawinska Sims at PRovoke Media about my attempts to codify strategic communications. The aim was to be able to build, test and measure public relations and marketing strategies by applying scientific method - using experiments to collect data and male informed decisions. A lot had changed in the past couple of years, but my conversation is worth listening to if you are looking at ways to do more with less budget and/or better quantify the value delivered by strategic comms. https://lnkd.in/g_6uj9bp #strategiccommunications #visuallearning #science #publicrelations #marketing #strategy

Golden Moments with JMK- The Fascinating World of PR and Communication😁 I couldn't stop feeling overwhelmed as I sat before my computer, gazing at the screen. The task ahead seemed frightening, and I wondered if I could do it. Producing a podcast was something I had never done before, and the thought of it made me nervous. This was a pre-requisite for passing my communication skills module as a PR and Strategic communication student. However, as I took a deep breath and began the journey with the help of my tutors, Chian Gatewood and Rudiger Theilmann, I realised that I had the spirit and enthusiasm to pull it off. The podcast, ‘Golden Moments with JMK,’ was on THE ROLES OF EMOTIONS, STORYTELLING AND VISUALS IN PR. In this digital age of information overload, connecting with the target audience has become challenging. This is where these powerful tools come into play. Using them, PR professionals can create compelling communication strategies that grab attention and resonate with their audience more deeply. Insights from my guests broadened my knowledge on the topic. My guests, Mr Kunle Kalejaye, the PR account manager at Shiloh PR, and Mr KENI akintoye, a certified brand management, digital media, marketing, and communication professional and owner of KT Communications, explored different ways emotions can be used to create effective PR campaigns and how storytelling and visual communication can help bring these campaigns to life. They shared their experiences, insights, and best practices for achieving communication goals using these tools. One of my key takeaways is that data becomes something when one can generate insight from it. Storytelling and emotions are indicators that can help. While measuring the impact of any storytelling campaign, it is essential to pay attention to the audience's feedback or reaction, as it shapes the story being told. Moreover, as a storyteller in PR, one crucial thing to remember is the campaign's believability and relatability to the target audience. Aside from the valuable learning experience and fascinating insight, I must also applaud my guests. They did an excellent job of exploring the topic and providing relevant illustrations to support their opinions. I'd like you to please tune in to listen. Feel free to drop your comments 😊 Here is the link https://lnkd.in/ejiwNUTq #communicationskills#storytelling#emotions#visualcommunications#PR#goldenmomentswithjmk#
