Got Your 6 Partner Friendship Place is Here For LGBTQ+ Veterans It’s been over a decade since the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”, yet LGBTQ+ veterans are at greater risk of economic insecurity, housing instability, and mental health issues than their non-LGBT counterparts. The policy, which prohibited personnel from revealing their gender identity, sexual orientation, or HIV status, put emotional and physical pressure on these veterans. BREAKING NEWS: Veterans and transitioning Veterans, applications are now open for our 2025 Strategy & Management Military Development Program. This U.S.- Charlotte, NC-based 2-year rotational program is designed to provide veteran leaders the opportunity to successfully leverage their military experience and unique skills in our corporate environment. The Strategy & Management program provides the opportunity to work on teams within the Consumer Bank in roles such as product development and management, strategy, performance management, process design and project management. Participants are placed on multiple projects throughout their program experience Anticipated start date will be on or about July 14, 2025 Who Qualifies: ♦ Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university ♦ Honorable discharge from the U.S. Military less than one year or currently serving in the Reserves or National Guard ♦ Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military ♦ Strategic background with great critical thinking and decision-making ability in ambiguity.
