3moI purchased a used Class A RV from your establishment in October 2023. Upon delivery, I discovered that the toilet contained feces, the refrigerator was inoperative, and the vehicle veered sharply to the right, posing a significant safety hazard. I returned promptly to seek assistance, to no avail. My son also made several attempts to address these issues, yet received no response. Eventually, during one of his visits, he encountered Mike McFadden, who happened to be visiting from Arizona. With Mr. McFadden's intervention, we finally received some attention. Despite this, the dealership attempted to attribute the steering issue to us, even though we possess video evidence of the problem as we departed from your premises. Furthermore, the dealership failed to offer remedies for the defects present prior to delivery. Mr. McFadden instructed us to return the unit and assured us that the problems would be rectified. Now, nearly five months later, the repairs are reportedly complete. However, we have been requested to pay a $740 deductible, which is preposterous.
