🎉 I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed the Licensed2Lead Leadership Development Program at Bloom! 🎉 Over the past several weeks, I have immersed myself in a variety of leadership courses, challenging my critical thinking and enhancing my ability to lead effectively. Through engaging e-Learnings, recorded workshops, and live virtual sessions, I’ve connected with colleagues across the organization and developed valuable leadership skills.
