Last week the BI WORLDWIDE events team hit the Hilton Birmingham Metropole for its annual kick off meeting. 🚀 The Hilton were expert hosts, taking care of our meeting facilities, dinner and overnight accommodation. They ran an afternoon of informative and fun breakout activities to give us insight into how a large conference hotel manages a booking from quote to on-site delivery.
