Yesterday, Airtifae Group brought together Skalleagues from all over the world at the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) World Congress in Berlin, Germany. Our esteemed Skalleagues discussed challenges and issues facing the hospitality and tourism industry, such as geopolitical issues, sustainability and environmental impact, labor shortages, and human trafficking, and how we can address them. Our audience learned from experts Tito Livio Mongelli and Mario Cardone especially on the topic of AI in the industry and how the industry will continue to evolve and adapt as the world changes. Afterwards, a panel session of Annette Cardenas Bertrand Petyt, and Moritz Freise, moderated by Barry Biggar discussed the challenges and opportunities the industry faces.
