It is a busy time for BeneLynk as we collect charts from VA facilities throughout the country to deliver to our Medicare Advantage partners. This week, James Tongate was fortunate enough to meet with Latricia Beverly who serves as a Release of Information Supervisor, to talk about our efforts and how we can best serve veterans together. #WhereIsJames? We'll make this one easy. Here he is in Providence, RI where he met with VA Release of Information leader Betsy Fabian and the Executive Director, Lawrence Connell. These relationships are so important to build in working toward our goal of serving the veterans in Medicare Advantage!

If you're going to work with Veterans Affairs facilities in every VA region in the country to collect charts, well you need to meet with VA management teams in every region in the country. Yesterday, BeneLynk's VP of Government & Military Relations, James Tongate, was at a VA facility to do just that. BeneLynk's own James Tongate has been talking with the VA Release of Information team here at this facility. As we move into the summer, BeneLynk retrieves tens of thousands of charts every month for Medicare Advantage members who access VA services. This allows MA plans to understand all the care their members are receiving. James is on the front line, making sure the VA knows how this service helps the veterans we all serve.
