1wIf I were in their position, I would also be concerned about the involvement and capabilities of their HR organizations. Without a strong HR presence, AI adoption simply isn't feasible. I hope to see a sense of urgency, preferably from HR leaders but definitely from the business side as well, to upskill the HR function. We at Hybridge Consulting are currently collaborating with HR teams, conducting envisioning workshops, providing HR leadership team coaching, hosting all-hands meetings, and preparing them to support their organization in this journey.
