Consultant Ruhi Sohal’s paper, “Private Equity in Healthcare: FTC v. U.S. Anesthesia Partners and Welsh Carson,” was published in the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Committee Articles. Ms. Sohal and her co-author explore allegations made by the FTC that these firms strategized to amass monopoly power and extract monopoly profits.
