Stop! Take a minute and draw a matrix of your own on a piece of paper. Create your own customer segments to label the top of the columns. The call-flow framework works great as a diagnostic tool. Want to understand why your call crashed and burned? Analyze the flow. Did you getsomething out of order? Did you fail to nail down the concept?
