Such a great post, I recently presented a workshop to two groups of year 10 students at the secondary school I am Enterprise Advisor for. One of the things I did was get them brainstorming soft skills and get them thinking where they can demonstrate them. One of the key ones for me is resilience, this is such a crucial life skill and enables people to bounce back from all of the challenges we face.

Somebody told me that the most dangerous person is someone who is so skillful and knowledgeable but lacks character. And I think soft skills are the character to form a trifecta of an Excellent Team Member. Thanks for sharing this resource BambooHR
