3dSuch a great post, I recently presented a workshop to two groups of year 10 students at the secondary school I am Enterprise Advisor for. One of the things I did was get them brainstorming soft skills and get them thinking where they can demonstrate them. One of the key ones for me is resilience, this is such a crucial life skill and enables people to bounce back from all of the challenges we face.
