It’s been a busy few months at ArsenalBio as our team worked diligently to showcase our progress at #AACR2024 and #ASGCT24 and dosed the first patient in our #AB2100 clinical trial for clear cell renal cell carcinoma. While we worked hard, we also made time to get together and have some fun. All the tireless work and collaboration are guided by our value #OneTeam - we rely on and support each other to achieve our company mission together.  Grateful to all our employees for helping us reach this moment.

Our Vice President of Process Sciences, Ines Mende will join industry experts on a panel hosted by the PDA West Coast Chapter on Thursday, May 23 to provide insights on the challenges and strategies for comparability studies of advanced therapeutic medicinal products. #thoughtleadership

Our team is in Baltimore this week where we are presenting at #ASGCT2024 about our unique #celltherapy products in development for #ovariancancer, #kidneycancer, and other solid tumor malignancies. Two of our scientific leaders will be at #ASGCT2024 next week to present their latest work.  Mark Landon will present findings/data on #AB2100, our #celltherapy being studied as a potential treatment for #kidneycancer in a phase 1/2 trial. The investigative medicine's unique logic gating technology, potentially enables it to target clear cell, renal cell carcinoma tumors with minimal damage to healthy surrounding tissues. Glenn Wozniak will present on T cell exhaustion, a major hurdle in immunotherapy development. By leveraging CRISPR/Cas9-based screening paired with single-cell readouts, our researchers identified combinations of genetic perturbations that can prevent T cell exhaustion and enhance T cell function in preclinical studies. #CARTcells #Immunotherapy #CRISPR #CancerResearch
