The investigative medicine's unique logic gating technology, potentially enables it to target clear cell, renal cell carcinoma tumors with minimal damage to healthy surrounding tissues. Glenn Wozniak will present on T cell exhaustion, a major hurdle in immunotherapy development. By leveraging CRISPR/Cas9-based screening paired with single-cell readouts, our researchers identified combinations of genetic perturbations that can prevent T cell exhaustion and enhance T cell function in preclinical studies. #CARTcells #Immunotherapy #CRISPR #CancerResearch
