Yoga can make miracles happen and me a 100% well today through it is a direct proof. In my nearly impossible healing i killed it. I the yoginii created a healing program I made for me. -Yoga for body stability and flexibility. -Meditation to connect with our microcosmic connection with gratitude and acceptance. -Then at gym I would do power, weight lifting to strengthen my fractured weak muscles. -Positive mindset. - Kindness, compassion had me start AAF, my foundation to share my knowledge, caring to the community. 30 years of #aashiquii 😀🙌 was celebrated alongside my self-healing 👏 🎉 #celebration Awesome healing journey I am so thankful to you all for your prayers. Thanks guys for tons and thousands of your wishes for my foundation AAF 👏 AAF was registered in 2017 as a non profit company. I did work non stop, very hard for peoples welfare; soon we got 80G 12A, eligible to get tax free donations our fuel :) to carry on projects. Recently we got the FCRA to receive foreign funds I am so grateful for the trust placed in us 🙏 Though the AAF work goes on with a gusto I am ready to retrieve my acting profession I had set aside, to bring you pathbreaking art. #anuaggarwal #anuaggarwalfoundation #inspirationalstory #actor

Let’s not abuse it. Sorry it will revolt. Mass destructions can happen in tsunamis, Covid etc. The environment you are in reflects you and it in turn is reflected inside you. So respect it. The microscosm with the microcosm direct connect was understood in our ancient spiritual sciences. We seem to have lost that. As we celebrated it I was thinking how your life, your wellbeing, even your menstrual cycle is connected to the lunar cycle. How essential it is then to feel one with nature.
