Being part of the #CocaColaTeam means embracing collaboration, learning new things, diversifying our perspectives and above all, supporting one another. Recently, the team from Latin America joined forces with the team in China in our Latam Digital Program, where we dove into digital ecosystem, growth, and market strategies. Additionally, we embarked on a market visit in Shanghai, gaining insights into local practices and refreshing our perspective on the customer experience in retail spaces. When we combine our experiences, there are no limits to what we can achieve in our journey to the new chapter in Latin America. Thank you to everyone who made this learning experience possible and for being the heart of this journey. Let's continue working together for more refreshing moments. For me this was also a special trip to connect and meet with old friends in China. It was amazing to see how China has evolved from the time I lived there a decade back.

Latin America's strength is reflected in our first quarter 2024 results. Thanks to the hard work of every person who is part of our system, we achieved a unit case volume growth of 4%, driven by growth in Trademark Coca‑Cola and water, sports, coffee and tea. Growth was led by Mexico and Brazil. These results motivate us to continue striving for excellence alongside every motivated member of our #CocaColaTeam.

What an incredible week of sharing, learning and inspiration in Argentina! I had the privilege of participating in truly impactful events, full of learning and collaboration with our Bottling Partners. During few days together, we focused our attention on the future. I was able to participate and contribute in exploring opportunities and accelerators that will allow us to continue growing in the market, laying out our vision and strategies to embrace change and unlock new opportunities. This was also an opportunity to inspire each other, exchange ideas, and aspire to ambitious goals together. We also celebrated the hard work and dedication of our bottlers, and we learned about the importance of leadership. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making an unforgettable experience. I am excited about the future we are building together.

The most innovative solutions always stem from collaboration. That's one personal reflection I take from Sergio Londono Zurek’s participation in the panel organized by CAF -banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe-. At this event in Panama, Sergio, representing our Coca-Cola team, was able to share with others why sustainability is crucial for commercial development with partners and communities. Moreover, he also emphasized that forging strategic alliances in events like this one is a powerful tool for generating more ethical and sustainable business models. Soy un apasionado de los proyectos de innovación social y desarrollo sostenible. The Coca-Cola Company es igual, por eso hemos podido potenciar proyectos que beneficien a comunidades alrededor de América Latina. Compartir esta visión con otros actores, es importante para generar alianzas que aporten soluciones. Justamente eso fue lo que CAF -banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe- nos invitó a hacer en Panamá. Last week, I spent 5 incredible days in Brazil, alongside our LATAM leadership team and Bruno Pietracci. We experienced a visit full of learning and discoveries in Brazil to continue working towards a #OneTeam mindset as part of the Coca-Cola System with #SustentaPET, @Solar Coca-Cola, and @Coca-Cola FEMSA. From Rio, Recife, to São Paulo, I was able to learn more about our business in Brazil and our #CocaColaTeam. We had an amazing Share a Coke with local talent, conducted business reviews, and experienced an incredible activation in Recife; each moment brought us closer to the goal of a responsible value chain and a market tailored to the needs of Latin American consumers.
