APPA President & CEO Scott Corwin returned to the Volunteer State this week for the Tennessee Municipal Electric Power Association (TMEPA)'s annual meeting in Memphis. He spoke at today's morning session about APPA's perspective on the state of #PublicPower . He was also on hand for the presentation of TMEPA's distinguished service awards.
