This has to be one of the most difficult tasks we face on a daily basis. But we're not giving up. Remote industrial and manufacturing sites are often where the most critical work happens, but unfortunately they're also the hardest to staff. Many skilled professionals are reluctant to relocate or commute to isolated areas, even for promising opportunities. So, what are we doing to combat this? Adapting to their needs as much as possible by finding better ways to reach them. These clients are just as important to us as ones that may be just down the road, and we refuse to leave them behind.
