Commissioner Rich Beck was honored to speak at Pontiac Library’s Grand Opening of their StoryScape space – an early child learning center that encourages reading, singing, writing, talking, and playing for children ages 7 and younger. As Chair of the ACPL Foundation, Commissioner Beck leads the organization, a separate legal entity from the library, to provide a vehicle for tax-deductible contributions in support of the Allen County Public Library . Congratulations, ACPL, on the successful launch of your third StoryScape. The county looks forward to the initiative’s expansion throughout the entire ACPL system in the years to come.
