#Pizza is Either Too Expensive or Trash So, I’m watching this #Kdrama, and I see these friends hanging out at a place that’s just affordable. Not some greasy fast-food dump, just affordable. And damn, I envied them. As a pizza lover, it pisses me off why pizzas should cost like Wagyu Beef, Bluefin Tuna, and White Truffle. Even when it’s just black olives and ham slapped on top. Damn, even listicles slobbers over the expensive pizza parlors. Only. Nothing is said about the reasonable pizza joints. In Italy, you can find a tasty, affordable pizza in countless trattorias. Simple ambiance, simple food, warm service, and prices that don’t make you want to punch a wall. Yeah, there’s a place for those high-end pizza spots. But in too many countries, your choices are either good and expensive pizza or crap. There’s nothing in the middle. Nothing for the masses. Remember when pizza was for the masses? When did the masses suddenly become high rollers? Did I miss the memo? Well, I’m not playing that game with my pizza brand. It’s got to be tasty AND affordable. It’s more work, but that’s what we’re doing. Because someone’s got to shake things up. #pizza #restaurant #foodandbeverage #hospitality

Imagine strolling into a quaint local pizzeria, ready to pick up a delicious dinner for you and your partner. The friendly staff greets you and shares the day's special—a tantalizing offer featuring hand-tossed crust made with water from exotic locations, a secret sauce recipe passed down for generations, and toppings so fresh they practically leap onto your pizza. The description alone is mouthwatering, and you're eager to indulge in this culinary delight. But as you peruse the menu, you realize all you really want is a simple pepperoni pizza. You try to place your order, but the enthusiastic staff starts tempting you with their newest creation, boasting imported meats and cheeses that promise a taste sensation like no other. As if that's not enough, they also mention their homemade cannolis, just-made pizzelles, and a selection of exclusive Italian sodas—all seemingly designed to complement your meal perfectly. As you're being rung up, you watch as your order is quickly bundled up with sodas, desserts, and extra boxes, adding to your bill and leaving you questioning if you really needed all these extras. Walking back to your car, you can't help but think, "I just wanted a pepperoni pizza." Similarly, in the world of CRM systems, businesses often find themselves enticed by the allure of add-ons and extras that promise to enhance their operations. However, just like the unnecessary add-ons at the pizzeria, these additional features can end up costing more and delivering less than expected. It's essential to focus on what you truly need and resist the temptation to splurge on unnecessary bells and whistles. After all, sometimes all you really need is a pepperoni pizza. #BusinessNeeds #MaximizingROI #EfficiencyBoost #CRMMechanic

My knee-jerk is to think, I abhor pizzas. Memories of indigestible late-night-in-the-office stodgy, tasteless commercial pizzas eaten compulsively because they’re there. The thin-crust ones you order in chi-chi pizza joints where while what’s on the top might be incinerated, the thin base is not even warm. And worse than these, if that is possible, pizzas with too much on top, whether good or bad in quality, creating a soggy indistinguishable mess. But when good chefs make pizza: slow, sensual, intentional... Read on. #pizzaperfect #slowfood #culinarytravel #pizzabusiness

When it comes to building the perfect pizza, you need to start with a strong foundation. This means selecting a delicious and crispy pizza base, and pairing it with the right sauce. While a traditional tomato sauce is always a great choice, have you thought about trying something a little less conventional on your menu? Something we’re loving at the moment is seeing restaurants and pizza shops adapt soups and other non-pizza sauces for their pizza menu. This might be a fresh basil pesto or a light bechamel sauce. It could even be a thick pumpkin soup or a French onion-inspired sauce. The options are endless. So, what do you think? Would you give soup or a non-pizza sauce a try on your pizza menu? buvetti.com.au #buvetti #pizza #pizzashop #pizzashopowner #pizzabase #sauce #pizzasauce #tomato #bechamel #pumpkinsoup #frenchonion #restaurant #foodservice #foodserviceindustry #menuinnovation #pesto

Nearly two-thirds of Americans consume mushrooms, counting fresh mushrooms bought in the produce department, mushrooms included in restaurant meals as well as mushrooms used as an ingredient in frozen pizzas or a jar of spaghetti sauce. The vast majority of mushrooms eating occasions, 80%, reflect usage as an addition, topping or ingredient to another base dish, such as pizza, a burger or salad. Consumers say that 95% of these occasions had mushrooms included in the original meal, whether bought in-store or at a restaurant, whereas 5% added mushrooms to the meal leftovers. Mushrooms have great versatility and add umami – a savory, meaty flavor – adding depth and richness to all kinds of dishes, ranging from soups and sauces to stir-fries and salads. SELF-BAKED DÖNER BREAD (PITA) Compared to doner kebab meat, doner kebab bread is neglected. However, the quality of the doner kebab bread is at least as important as that of the meat. Large döner kebab restaurants and chains have their bread produced, frozen and stored in factories. In the restaurants, this bread is defrosted, toasted until crispy and served to the customer with tasty doner kebab meat, salads and sauces. That works well. However, you have to make sure that the quality features are present. Without going into the depths of the subject: A good doner kebab bread should be soft overall. The bread should be crispy on the outside. Most important, however, are the bubbles (pores) on the inside of the bread. If these bubbles are large, the bread is very good. If, on the other hand, the bubbles are very small, this is a sign that the bread is not so good. If you have a good bread baker, then you should be happy. Or you can bake the bread yourself in your own restaurant, in front of your customers. ADVANTAGES: • The customer sees the bread baker's craft. • The customer can see that the bread is freshly baked. • The restaurant smells wonderfully of fresh bread. • This bread no longer needs to be toasted, it comes fresh from the oven, hot and crispy. Many restaurants are now using it and customers are delighted. #döner #kebab #meat #bread #neglected #quality #important #restaurants #customers #advantages #bakerscarft #freshlybaked #smell #toast #pita #freshfromtheoven #bakeyourself #breadbaker #crispy #soft #bubbles #pores #salads #sauces #tasty #factories
