🌟 Three exits in one week! 🌱📈 We’re thrilled to highlight three successful exits that we announced last month. 👏 It’s been a pleasure supporting each of these companies as part of our portfolio: 🌎 Keela, our first investment out of Fund I, was acquired by Aplos .  Since our initial investment in 2018, Keela grew to serve thousands of non-profits around the world scale their missions effectively. 🌎 Sustain.Life (now part of Workiva), our second exit from Fund II, was acquired by Workiva for $100M USD. Sustain.Life helped companies transition to a carbon free future, growing recurring revenue by 10X and reaching hundreds of customers since April 2022. 🌎 The third exit is confidential. Although we can’t disclose details of the transaction, we are excited that this company found a strategic partner to allow them to scale up after a long, shrewd battle with market dynamics. In a time when many seek liquidity, we’re proud to celebrate our founders’ achievements and impacts. And we think our biggest potential winners are still in the portfolio. 💪🚀

The renewed batteries are bundled into a stable, affordable, on-demand energy storage solution. Dr. Surinder Singh and his team at Relyion Energy Inc published the impact of their work in a peer-reviewed journal with Stanford, showing: 🔋Battery life is extended by 20+ years 💰30-50% cheaper than new batteries 🌍60% less carbon per MWh 🔌Their solution can be used as backup power (replacing diesel generators!) or to increase storage capacity, avoid demand peaks, and reduce the strain on the grid. We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of Sustain.Life (now part of Workiva) by Workiva! Annalee Bloomfield and the team at Sustain.Life (now part of Workiva) sought out to build a net zero planning platform that brings real, practical value to customers at a pivotal time in our fight to address climate change. Over the last few years, they’ve helped hundreds of customers navigate an increasingly complex landscape to lower their emissions. This acquisition is another example that climate tech is creating strong distributions to LPs, even in complex macroeconomic environments and that investing in strong, female-led teams creates exceptional outcomes. 🤝 We’re happy to share that our portfolio company Keela has been acquired by Aplos . Keela was the first investment of our first fund, which started with an SDG alignment thesis before moving exclusively to climate tech. Since our initial investment in 2018, Keela grew to serve thousands of customers and helped non-profits all over the world acquire the resources they needed to scale their social and environmental missions more efficiently. We're very grateful for the countless hours of hard work put in by the management team and staff at Keela to bring it to early scale. ⚡ To transition to a net-zero future, we need to electrify everything. 📈 However – the energy grid is facing increasing strain from electricity demand, and distributed energy resources make balancing supply and demand in the control room more complex. Enter: ThinkLabs AI, Inc.
