With no customer support available at Zepto, users will be dissatisfied and potentially switch to competitors. If Zepto wants to avoid a fate like Byju's, which has also faced criticism for customer service, you should consider investing in improving your support infrastructure and addressing user concerns more effectively. In the long run, I believe bigbasket.com will do well. They have such amazing support from day 1 of operation. My opinion is based on being a user of both. And I have stopped using Zepto.
