The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is shaking up the MedTech world! 🌐 By connecting medical devices, wearables, and health apps to the internet, IoMT enables continuous health monitoring, real-time data exchange, and personalized patient care. Imagine better health outcomes and more efficient healthcare delivery right at our fingertips! ➡ Our blog will teach you how to apply this knowledge: https://lnkd.in/eBHbsnBn From hospitals and clinics to home healthcare and medical research, IoMT is creating a more connected and responsive healthcare ecosystem. Some examples of IoMT devices include wearable fitness trackers, smart implants, remote patient monitoring systems, and connected diagnostic tools. ✅ IoMT and the FDA IoMT intersects significantly with FDA regulations, particularly 21 CFR Part 820, also known as the Quality System Regulation (QSR). Given their reliance on real-time data collection and connectivity, IoMT devices must comply with FDA standards to ensure they are safe, effective, and reliable. This compliance involves implementing robust cybersecurity measures and continuous monitoring to protect patient data integrity and privacy. Adhering to 21 CFR Part 820 ensures that IoMT devices maintain high-quality standards throughout their lifecycle, fostering trust and reliability in these advanced medical technologies. #IoMT #MedTech #MedicalDevices
