Job Title: Young Adult Dual Diagnosis Therapist Location: North Bethesda, MD Work Environment: Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Type: Full Time About the Role As a Dual Diagnosis Therapist at Sandstone Care, you will have the opportunity to: Create and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client. Qualifications: Clinical license in Maryland or is able to transfer license to MD prior to start date (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT - Provisional Licenses will also be considered (LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT). All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment 1 year of previous experience with substance abuse treatment required, with preferred experience in a detox or residential setting. proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strong documentation skills.
