Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Wholesale Partnerships Associate at Firsthand. As a Wholesale Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our wholesale partners. You will work closely with internal teams to identify potential partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth partnerships. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase brand awareness through effective wholesale partnerships.


We sell into the barber/pro-industry, brick-and-mortar retail, online retail, and hospitality! We have new products and a new brand identity on the way... a very exciting time to be joining the company.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in wholesale or B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the hair care or beauty industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
