With a strong foothold in the competitive market, we are experiencing significant quarterly growth, currently originating $70 million in loans per month. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview
As a Senior Wholesale Account Executive, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts with our wholesale mortgage broker clients. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will align our mortgage sales goals with business objectives, requiring strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and strong sales development skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive wholesale mortgage sales growth in designated markets with a focus on non-QM products.
Maintain a monthly production of $2.5 million and cultivate new and existing broker relationships.
Engage closely with broker clients to structure deals and resolve challenges effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
3-4 years of experience in non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in the mortgage industry.
Proven track record of leading successful mortgage sales efforts and fostering wholesale partner relationships.
Deep understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Encompass and Salesforce is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
