Are you a dynamic and creative professional with a passion for web development and digital marketing? We're seeking a talented HubSpot Developer and Webmaster to join our team and take our corporate website to the next level! The position can be filled from either Atlanta or remote from the east coast.
This is the role and main tasks:
Your primary responsibilities will include managing, governing, and optimizing the corporate website to enhance its overall performance. You will play a crucial role in addressing key aspects such as web design, accessibility, page speed, domain performance, page authority, design (UX and UI), user experience, rendering/responsiveness across devices and browsers, form strategy and implementation, and A/B testing for conversion optimization. You will also take part defining key functionalities and branding elements, and then bringing those designs to life in Hubspot.
More specifically, you will
- Collaborate on strategic planning: Work closely with a project manager to define future strategies and establish a clear roadmap for implementation, transitioning from operational to a more strategic approach.
- Optimize corporate website standards: Develop and maintain website templates, enhance page speed, domain performance, page authority, design, and user experience.
- Implement tracking mechanisms: Monitor and analyze website performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven enhancements. Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode, server-side tagging, and underlying data layers to support tracking requirements – not a requirement.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives: Boost website visibility and ranking on search engines, aligning with industry best practices.
- Ensure functionality, security, and performance: Regularly monitor website functionality, security, and performance, troubleshoot bugs, taking proactive measures to address any issues that arise.
- Update content: Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee website redesign or development projects: Lead or participate in website redesign or development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Support the day-to-day running of the website and work on enablement (including training) of regional marketeers to ensure consistency across sites.
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience in HubSpot (CMS) development and administration.
- Experience with website optimization techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management and communication skills
