Wealth Management Advisor

What we are looking for:

We are looking for experienced financial advisors that are looking to grow their business! You should

have AUM of approximately $5mm+ or more. You must have a high-level of self-esteem and a go getter attitude. To succeed, you will need to also possess the ability to listen and communicate

effectively, be detail oriented, and take pride both in your work and

in helping others. The highest level of ethical standards is a must! We are considered a "Hybrid RIA,"

which means we are dually registered as an RIA and are affiliated with a broker/dealer for traditional,

commission-based investment solutions including insurance solutions, 1031 exchanges, and alternative investments.

Responsibilities:

• Growing and managing a book of business that may consist of individuals and/or businesses
• Acting as a fiduciary to work towards the goals of your clients and in their best interest
• Completing and maintaining continuing education to keep licenses up to date

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of experience as a financial advisor

· Licensed FINRA Series 65, 66 or 7. (Series 7 is not required)

· Industry Certifications preferred, but not mandatory: CFP®, ChFC®, CFA®, CIMA®

· Proficient in Personal Financial Planning

· Proficient with current technology standards

· Ability to develop a niche market

· Self-driven and Goal-focused

· Active Community involvement and/or leadership roles
