Role Overview
The VP of Sales will focus on expanding the company’s presence in hospitals and health systems. The ideal candidate has a strong sales track record and established relationships in the hospital sector, excelling in closing deals and driving revenue growth in a high-energy startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems.
Navigate complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Develop and refine the value proposition for hospitals and healthcare systems.
Take full ownership of sales targets and achieve goals with relentless drive.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience selling to hospitals, particularly to Chief Nursing Officers and Chief Human Resources Officers.
Proven top performer with a history of exceeding quotas and ranking in the top 20% of peers.
Highly motivated, resilient, and execution-focused.
Based in US, with willingness to travel occasionally.
