We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Ag Finance to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing relationships with brokers, originators, and borrowers within the secondary market real estate process. Your focus will be on consulting, fostering growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary liaison between our company and brokers/originators, guiding them through the loan process from start to finish.
Consult with brokers and originators on loan options, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to navigate underwriting processes, credit analysis, and loan closings.
Maintain a proactive approach to business development, constantly seeking ways to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes.
Uphold strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance protocols.
Provide post-transaction support to clients, addressing inquiries and identifying additional financial service opportunities.
Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
8-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively convey complex information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with loan processing software a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
Willingness to occasionally travel and work flexible hours to accommodate business needs.
