Established commercial bank is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team.
4+ years HR experience
Ensuring successful integration of new hires into the organization.
Together with the benefits manager work the weekly new hire orientations and provide all data and statistics to the marketing team regarding new hires
Employee engagement efforts around brown bag lunches, lunch and learns, any other activities. .
Understand how to onboard new hires
Assist the team with putting together the budget
Assist with ppts and reporting as needed
Work with the SVP of talent and the FVP of talent to ensure that We are executing on the roadmap Initiatives.
As directed own some of the projects within the roadmap.
Together with the senior HR business partner and the talent and learning program manager drive the performance management program throughout the organization from goal setting to mid your reviews to year-round reviews calibration and working with comp. This includes reengineering the program from start to finish including this associated systems along with the Talent and learning program manager.
Learn to handle employee issues and document and engage legal where necessary
Base Salary - $135,000-$160,000 depending on experience
