VP Finance - Series A Health & Wellness

This is an opportunity to work for a rapidly growing omnichannel consumer brand who are making waves with their innovative approach to wellness. Founded in 2018, they have revolutionized the fitness landscape by introducing a low-impact, functional movement method paired with proprietary equipment. Their unique fitness philosophy has garnered the attention of celebrities, including a recently high-profile partnership that has propelled the brand into the spotlight

Revenue has grown significantly with this new partnership and they are forecasting to exceed $20M in revenue this year. They are also set to announce a new significant fund raise which they will use to further accelerate their growth.

Your new role

They are currently seeking a VP Finance who will report directly into their President. From day one you'll get the opportunity to play a key role in day-to-day operation, whilst also making strategic decisions and serving as an integral part of the executive team. You will have Controller already reporting into you and will have the opportunity to further scale your own team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have previously worked in a VC / PE backed startup
• Previous experience in finance leadership for a fast-growing, omnichannel consumer brand or subscription business
• Needs to be highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with various teams
• Should have experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for multiple business models (D2C, franchise, corporate-owned studios)
• Should be able to tailor communication to different stakeholders, from studio managers to investors, without ego
• Needs to be comfortable working autonomously and taking on a strategic, "mini-CFO" type of role
